I love getting some daily inspiration on happy habits. There are so many little ways to make a day better. For me, I try to put an extra effort in walking and seeing some sunshine when I need a boost.

  • Walking- Relieves tension
  • Cold Showers- Wakes your brain up
  • Tea or Coffee- Boosts energy
  • Stretching- Pain relief, relaxation
  • Meditation- Calms a loud mind
  • Seeing a Movie or Watching a Show- Relieves stress
  • Making Something Yummy- A happy tummy is a happy mind!
